Learning support Teaching Assistant needed!

Full time with a February start


  • Full time, 5 days a week
  • £350 per week
  • Working 1:1 and in small groups

Teaching Personnel are looking for a Teaching Assistant who will work within the special educational needs (SEN) department. This will be working with pupils from year 7-11, helping them with their work either 1:1 or in small groups depending on the subject. The role starts in February at a school that was rated outstanding by OFSTED.

The role will demand flexibility and confidence to provide the pupils with the right guidance and support throughout the lessons.

A successful candidate will:

  • Use a variety of different teaching approaches to ensure the pupils are developing to the best of their ability.
  • Maintain professional throughout the day when changing between different year groups.
  • Help the teachers create a positive learning environment to maintain a good standard of learning.
  • The candidate will need a child work force DBS on the update service
