Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit a caring, child centred individual with a passion to make a difference to the learning of young children One of our client schools based in Haywards Heath are seeking a qualified Teaching Assistant to support their pupils. The specialise in working with primary and secondary ages pupils with Learning difficulties and challenging behavioural needs.

The role will entail one to one and small group work activities, working with pupils of low ability and those who have additional needs.

The candidate we are looking for must be flexible, experienced in working with children and are either level 2 or level 3 qualified or have recent Teaching Assistant experience. We will also consider candidates with a background working in the care industry. You must have a nurturing, child-centred approach. You must also be able to tailor learning to suit the child's needs and be able to keep children engaged.

It is beneficial if you have worked in a similar capacity and have experience working with SEN pupils. It is also extremely beneficial if you are able to drive and have access to your own transport.

The role will start after Easter and is for one full term at least. The school is based in Haywards Heath, a very welcoming and vibrant place to work.

- Have a level 3 CACHE qualification/ recent experience as a TA/ Recent care experience

- Be available full time from April
