A person who can celebrate innovation and is committed to nurturing high self- esteem and respect for others and can encourage this within the school setting by asking questions, solving problems and making thoughtful decisions. 

As the needs of the students are so complex, it is essential you have experience working in a school setting with experience supporting students with special needs. As a high number of students have Autism (ASC), it would be beneficial for you to have a good understanding of this.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
