Learning Support Assistants needed

These roles will involve a significant amount of 1:1 work with individual pupils. Therefore, we are looking for candidates that are patient, proactive and personable.

Desirable Skills:

  • Understanding of special educational needs is ideal but not essential, as the school provides excellent training.
  • Experience working in a school environment or within a role for helping those with both learning and physical difficulties.
  • Have excellent communication and listening skills.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
