Are you looking to work with children with challenging behaviours and risk from exclusion for mainstream schools?

I am currently working with a reputable Primary Academy within the Partington area of Trafford. Due to the nature of a couple of children within school, they are looking for a teaching assistant to come in and support them with nurture and behaviour support with two pupils. The role is to start in April for the rest of the academic with the plan to transition onto the school's contract.

  • Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant
  • Supporting behaviour and nurture with 2 pupils
  • In and out of class support
  • Withdrawal work out of class when necessary
  • April start

The Ideal Person…

  • Will have strong behaviour management skills and self confidence
  • Will have a positive attitude, personality, high energy and motivation and good work ethic
  • Will be willing to deal with a potentially disruptive child sometimes showing signs of aggression
  • Will have a firm but nurturing approach

This school has recently been graded "Good" by OFSTED. If you have any experience in this type of role or come from a youth background this could be a great opportunity for you.
