Teaching Personnel is the UK's leading education recruitment agency who provide Qualfied Teachers, ECT's, Tutors, LSAs/TAs and support staff in to schools across the UK!.

I am working with SEND and SEMH schools in Heathfield who are looking for Learning Support Assistants to support the class teacher in the teaching and welfare of the children, these pupils will require some additonal support with academic and emotional well-being and this might be on a 1:1 or small group basis.

About the role:

  • Mon-Fri
  • 08:30am-15:30
  • Term Time only
  • The ideal candidates will have lots of patience, be resilient, be engaging and want to get the best out of the students.
  • You must have the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of children and young people
  • Experience with SEND pupils would be great, but not necessary
  • GCSE- Maths and English (A-C Grade) or equivalent

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
