Learning Support Assistant

I am working with several schools in St Leonards who are looking for Learning Support Assistants to join their teams!.  An LSA will assist the class teacher with daily tasks and support the pupils either on a 1:1 or small group basis, who need some extra help with their emotional and academic well-being.

About the role

• A Bank staff member will join a pool of candidates we have that can work 'as and when required'
•  Monday- Friday Time
• 08:30-15:30
• Term time only
• You must be available for early morning calls and to go to schools at short notice
• The ideal candidates will have lots of patience, be proactive, be resiilient and have positive personality- this role is hardwork, but it is also very rewarding.
• Qualifications needed-Minimum would be GCSE's in English and Maths (A-C Grade) or equivalent!

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
