We are currently working with a School in Grantham who are looking to recruit a behaviour Teaching Assistant who has strong behaviour management; this will run for the entire academic year.

This school caters for key stage 3 and key stage 4 pupils who have been excluded permanently from a mainstream school, they are soon to have a primary provision. The centre currently has around 40 students, all of which are assigned to small class sizes (no more than 6 students per class). There is also a quiet zone where disruptive students are sent, so classes can continue to run smoothly.

Key skills and experience needed:

  • Teaching Assistant
  • Strong behaviour management or experience working with pupils who have SEMH
  • One to one and small group work
  • Professional manor
  • Enthusiasm and friendly approach

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
