We are currently recruiting for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join a school in Boston catering for students displaying challenging behaviour.

This particular school is ideally looking for a TA who is experienced at working with young people who have various Special Educational Needs such as:

•             Autism

•             ADHD

•             Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties

•             Learning Difficulties

The Teaching Assistant should have knowledge and understanding of:

•             the needs of young children;

•             child development and the ways in which children learn;

•             the roles played by various adults in a child’s education;

We are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to work with children aged from 11-16, experience in education is not essential. Ideally Team Teach trained and preferably good de-escalation techniques would be useful. However, all experience may apply.


An ideal candidate will have:

•the ability to build good relationships with children, teachers and parents

•Team Teach trained

•a strong regard for pupil safety and well-being
