Learning Support Assistant

Job description

Teaching Personnel have been working with SEN Schools in the West Sussex area for several years to find enthusiastic TAs to join their supportive staff in full and part time positions. The ideal candidates would have plenty of previous experience working children with additional needs, and experience within a range of age groups would also be beneficial. Previous work in SEN classes would be extremely advantageous, along with proven success in working with difficult behaviour. Our schools would like candidates to begin as soon as possible and work throughout the current academic year, so if you have relevant experience and would like to work in a friendly and exciting environment, get in touch!

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
