We are looking for full-time English specialist, to tutor across KS3 and KS4 in our ‘outstanding’ secondary school. The successful candidate is an inspiring individual looking to excel their experience and knowledge in the teaching environment.

 You will be required to support small groups of students in the English department, between 1 and 3 pupils. You will support them in areas of the curriculum they are underachieving and help them develop a deeper understanding of the subject.

We work with over 95% of schools across Greater Manchester and have plenty of opportunities to offer, whether you have experience in working in schools or have just graduated university.

Our English Tuition role is based within one of our Ofsted rated ‘outstanding’ schools in Oldham. It is well known for its excellent student progression and is situated close to populated bus routes and motor ways.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting individuals or small groups in their English learning
  • Ask for student feedback to inform teachers
  • Maintain excellent knowledge on the subject

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
