Primary Teachers Required

A Large, 2 form entry Primary school in Poole are looking for early careers teachers (ECT) to step into a long term Year 5 teaching position starting In May 2022.

The school has received a good OFSTED report and this is reflected in the professionalism and attitude of the current members of staff towards the pupils learning and development. When going into this role, you can rest assured knowing that you will be working in an ideal environment for teaching, with the support of a strong Senior Leadership Team and experienced classroom support assistants.

This role will appeal to ECT's that have outstanding references and have succeeded in their training, as well as those who are looking to advance their career through a stable and rewarding position.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have a committed and positive attitude towards your role in supporting and educating children in Primary education
• Have a high level of class room management skills
• Encourage the schools behaviour policy
• Are able to co-ordinate and plan for future lessons
• Have QTS

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
