Learning Support Assistant

Job description

A secondary academy in Keynsham is looking for Learning Support Assistant to work across key stage 3 and 4 predominantly with boys with challenging behaviour. Because of this you need to be confident, calm and assertive. Experience with SEN is preferred but not essential.

This is a full-time role to start immediately. The school is a good school and is commutable by bus and train if you don't drive.

This would be perfect for a graduate, an experienced SEN candidate, an experienced LSA or someone who is considering a career in Education

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
