This special school provides a high quality and holistic education for pupils with complex learning difficulties aged 7-16 in South Gloucestershire. This school has a 'Good' OFSTED rating, as the staff have a good understanding of the pupils' own needs and the positive contributions that they can make.
The school value themselves to be able to keep themselves healthy, safe and happy, manage their feelings appropriately and behave in a way that facilitates their own and others learning. Develop effective and appropriate social interaction skills which they can apply in a range of real life situations.

A Successful Learning Support Assistant must:

  • Have a Child workforce DBS, on the update service - we can support you through the process of applying for one if you do not already have one.
  • GCSE grade C or above or equivalent.
  • Be enthusiastic in making a difference to pupils' education.
  • Be able to keep positive reinforcement when supporting behaviour difficulties

This role is a full time role with hours; 8.30 am - 4.30 pm
Market-leading pay starting at £60 per day

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
