Do you have strong behaviour management skills? Are you looking for flexible work either immediately, or from September?

Teaching Personnel are looking for a strong Learning Support Assistant to work with pupils excluded from mainstream education.

The Role:

  • Offering 1:1 support to pupils in crisis, using de-escalation techniques to defuse situations
  • Supporting staff within the classroom, with pupils identified as struggling, or at risk of exclusion
  • Opportunity for one-to-one and small group intervention delivery
  • Accurate record keeping of pupil progress
  • Working alongside multi-agencies, colleagues and communicating with parents

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
