Ad-Hoc Learning Support Assistants – Southampton
£13.75 per hour | 8:30am–3:15pm | Flexible Scheduling

Teaching Personnel is seeking committed and flexible Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to provide ad-hoc support across a range of primary and secondary schools in Southampton. This role offers a unique level of flexibility, allowing candidates to work 3–5 days per week depending on their own availability and commitments.

Requirements:

A Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

Reliability, punctuality, and excellent communication skills

A genuine desire to support the learning and wellbeing of pupils

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
