Learning support assistant for school in Westminster

Job description

We are looking for a passionate individual to work with a vibrant school in Westminster. The school are looking to add an additional member of support staff to join their school in september. The school are currently seeking an experienced SEN teaching assistant who is passionate and enthusiastic about working with children diagnosed with Autism.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be able to work 5 days a week.
  • Have SEN experience (ideally with Autism)
  • Have a DBS on the update service (or ready to apply for one in the near future)
  • Be able to assist with delivering engaging, effective and stimulating lessons
  • Patient and have the ability to work under pressure

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
