A special educational needs school in Wokingham are currently looking to expand their team of teaching assistants in the new academic year. Pupils at the school have a variety of additional needs including Social, Emotional and Mental Health Difficulties, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Conduct Disorder and Depression.
The school offers a feeling of safety, confidence and enjoyment within their school environment and looks to nurture happiness. Staff place young people at the heart of everything that the school does and you will be expected to commit to these values and support and encourage pupils to get the best from themselves.

Experience within a school or care setting would be an advantage but is not essential. The right personality and attitude is most important to the school.
