Are you looking for a new career in a mainstream Primary School? Have you got recent experience working with primary school children? If you have a background in teaching assistant work, we would love to hear from you.

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Learning Mentor who is looking for a new career in a Primary School in Woolston, Southampton. The school has recently received an Outstanding graded Ofsted (2017) and have 408 children currently on role. The school is located just 10 minutes walk away from the City Train Station with regular bus routes to the school.

The ideal assistant must have previous experience in Key Stage 1 and must be able to deliver Interventions in both Literacy and Numeracy. A couple of pupils have Special Educational Needs and have one to one support in class. The Ideal Teaching Assistant should have phonics experience using either; Read Write Inc- Ruth Miskin or Letters and Sounds.
