Are you looking for a Learning Mentor post, where you can really make a difference?

Teaching Personnel work with a school in South Sheffield on an exclusive basis. The school are currently seeking to recruit a Learning Mentor to work across school and implement the new behaviour policy that has recently been put in place.

The school is a large primary, two form entry, with a purpose built Nursery provision. Benefiting from a brand new school building, the school has clean, well resourced spaces and a bright and friendly feel. The staff are a tight knit team, who are very supportive and approachable.

We are looking for someone who has experience supporting children with behavioural/emotional needs. The school have recently made some changes to their behaviour policy, and are looking for an individual to support them in making these changes a success. We are looking for someone who can work with small groups and individuals to follow their behaviour plans - making changes as they see fit. It would be beneficial to have training such as Team Teach or THRIVE.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
