Job description

In the Bolton area, Teaching Personnel work with a number of school, many of which are Pupil Referral Units (PRU's). Many of the PRU's work on behaviour support scheme which introduces a teaching assisant to a class to particularly focus on improving behaviour with certain groups of pupils.

The positions for candidates are to work in a Bolton PRU with young people with social, emotional and mental health difficulties. The ideal candidate would be MAPA trained, and have experience of supporting young people in an educational setting.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
