Behaviour and Learning Support Assistants are an integral part of a school - especially with our SEN schools!

Are you keen in helping to nurture students in their learning and development?

This SEN school is located in Oxfordshire and they support young people with a range of social, emotional and mental needs. At Teaching Personnel, we will be looking for someone who is able to take on a challenge and have the patience to work in a tougher setting. Knowledge and experience in working with a variety of SEN will be advantageous in this position - but is NOT ESSENTIAL. We are looking for an understanding, patient individual who will be able to support not only the students, but also their teacher.

What we are looking for:

  • Ideally experience working with SEN children OR/AND knowledge of SEN 
  • Behaviour management skills
  • Resilience and patience
  • An individual who is up for a challenge and motivated

This school works with students at the afe of 7-18 years old. They are looking for full-time from *September*. The working hours are 8:30am-4:30am. Currently, this vacancy is for a temporary position, with the opportunity to secure a permanent position and undergoing training. If you are interested and passionate, then please apply now!

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
