Lancaster SEN School requires TA ASAP!

Job description

Teaching Personnel work closely with an SEN/Behavioural School in the Lancaster area who are urgently seeking Teaching Assistants on a full time basis!

The role will start full time as soon as possible and candidates MUST be willing to work on a full time basis.

The School is based on the outskirts of Lancaster, between Lancaster and Garstang and candidates suited to this role will have experience with special educational needs or challenging behaviours. The School provides support and education for KS2-4 with SEMH Difficulties, Autism and ADHD and pupils in this School may display challenging behaviours, therefore, candidates with their Team Teach qualification and/or have experience working with challenging behaviours.

The candidate must be hard working, have experience supporting adults or children with SEMH difficulties and be willing to work with challenging behaviours. The candidate will be looking for a long term role ideally and be willing to work on a 1:1 and small group basis with challenging behaviours.

The successful candidate will benefit from:

- Negotiable pay rates £9 - 10 per day
