Job description

We are looking for a resilient and passionate individual to work with a LAC in the Rotherham area. Ideally, candidates will have experience working with children with complex needs and attachment difficulties. Team Teach/PACE training is required, and experience using the THRIVE approach would be desired. We are looking to someone who would be committed to working long term with this child, who is currently in KS1.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
