What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting children in a nursery setting (ages 0–5)
• Encouraging learning through play, creativity, and exploration
• Assisting with daily routines, including mealtimes, activities, and personal care
• Providing nurturing support to help children feel safe, happy, and confident
• Supporting children with additional needs where required
• Working closely with colleagues to deliver a positive and engaging learning environment
• Building strong relationships with children, families, and staff

What We're Looking For

• Level 3 Childcare / Early Years qualification (essential)
• Experience working within a nursery or EYFS setting
• A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
• Strong understanding of child development and the EYFS framework
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A proactive and positive attitude towards supporting young learners
