We are seeking a passionate and reliable Level 3 Nursery Teaching Assistant to join one of our lovely nurseries located in the heart of Bournemouth town centre. What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting children in a nursery setting (ages 0–5)
- Encouraging learning through play, creativity, and exploration
- Assisting with daily routines, including mealtimes, activities, and personal care
- Providing nurturing support to help children feel safe, happy, and confident
- Supporting children with additional needs where required
- Working closely with colleagues to deliver a positive and engaging learning environment
- Building strong relationships with children, families, and staff
What We're Looking For
- Level 3 Childcare / Early Years qualification (essential)
- Experience working within a nursery or EYFS setting
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
- Strong understanding of child development and the EYFS framework
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A proactive and positive attitude towards supporting young learners
