Location: Salisbury
Salary: £32,916 – £42,057 pro rata
Contract: Full-Time, Temporary (option to stay on permanently)

About the Role

As a KS3 SEN Maths Teacher, you’ll deliver engaging and accessible Maths lessons to pupils in Years 7–9 with a range of needs, including:

  • Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH)
  • Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
  • Behavioural and learning challenges

You’ll work closely with experienced teaching assistants and senior leaders, ensuring every student feels safe, supported, and ready to learn. With excellent facilities and a strong commitment to professional development, this school offers the perfect setting to grow your skills and make a difference!


What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) / PGCE
  • Strong Maths subject knowledge and ability to deliver KS3 curriculum
  • Experience in SEN education is desirable
  • Resilient, patient, and creative teaching approach
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage and de-escalate challenging situations calmly
