Job description

A Primary school in Manchester, M33 area is working with Teaching Personnel to recruit an intervention support staff to help lower achieving pupils in KS2 get the best help they can in preparation for their upcoming SATs exams.

The role would require the individual to take small groups of around 5/6 pupils out of class to help offer additional support on the core subjects. The pupils are in Year 6 and with SATs right around the corner the school is trying to give their pupils as much help as they possibly can in order to succeed.

The school rated "good" by OFSTED in the most recent report has been able to maintain the standard over a number of year through the excellent leadership and subject knowledge of teachers throughout the school.

Having previous experience in delivering SATs booster classes is desirable but NOT entirely necessary as the school encourages everyone apply if you think you have the suitable skills.
