KS2 SATS booster

Full time position available

Daily rate-£125-£140

An Ofsted rated "good" school in the heart of the Southall community is seeking an experienced KS2 SATS booster intervention worker. The teacher will lead small group, booster work (Mon-Fri) with KS2 children, this will be supporting them through key objectives to close gaps in learning.

The successful candidate will work as part of a supportive team and have the following qualities:

  • Have knowledge and understanding of the current KS2 curriculum complexities.
  • Have recent experience of the KS2 SATs testing
  • Ensure the individual needs of the pupils are met through differentiated work
  • Maintain good order and discipline within the class, in line with the school's behaviour policy
  • Work alongside other members of staff to review and innovate the curriculum
  • Create a stimulating, organised, interactive and informative learning environment that encourages each child to achieve his/her potential

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
