Year 5 Teacher A primary school in Denton are looking for an experienced KS2 Teacher to join their staff team who pride themselves in providing opportunities for all pupils to achieve their full potential educationally, emotionally and socially. They are looking for a teacher who is dedicated to providing pupils with a rich and broad curriculum that encourages their imagination and inquisition about the world around us.
The Ofsted rated ‘Good’ school are looking for an encouraging and inspired Y5 teacher who will be a positive role model in motivating children to want to come to school and learn. The Denton school are hoping to find a teacher with high expectations of pupils and the way they present and take pride in their work.
The ideal candidate will:
• Have good KS2 subject knowledge in Core subjects and Foundation subjects
• Be passionate about delivering creative lesson plans full of interesting activities to engage pupils.
• Have experience of teaching White Rose maths would be advantageous but is not essential.
• Be able to work well as a team.
• Be confident in assessing children’s progress and attainment.
