The Role

As a KS2 Classroom Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences that inspire, challenge, and support pupils throughout their educational journey.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
  • Creating a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Supporting pupils' academic, social, and emotional development.
  • Differentiating learning to ensure all children can access and succeed within the curriculum.
  • Working closely with colleagues, support staff, and parents to promote pupil progress.
  • Assessing and monitoring pupil achievement, providing constructive feedback to support development.
  • Contributing to the wider life of the school and embracing opportunities to enrich the pupil experience.

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Have a genuine passion for primary education and pupil success.
  • Demonstrate strong classroom management and communication skills.
