Key Stage 2 primary school teacher needed for Year 6 class in a Ramsbottom, Bury (BL0) primary school

I am currently working with a client Bury primary school in Ramsbottom (BL0). The Head teacher is looking for an upper Key Stage 2 teacher with experience working in Year 5 or 6 as the current Year 6 teacher is taking on a new role within the school. Because of this, the ideal candidate will have to have previous experience in an upper Key Stage 2 setting and be able to settle in quickly to the school's warm and welcoming community.

  • Salary (£22,467 - £38,250)

This small Bury primary school has an excellent senior leadership team to support all of it's staff and there will be CPD courses provided for all teachers and teaching assistants for their own personal development. The school strives to push each child individually to become life long learners and begin their learning journey to achieve their full potential.

  • Be a fully qualified or newly qualified teacher
  • Have previous experience working in an upper Key Stage 2 setting
  • Have previous experience utilising SATs preparation
  • Be enthusiastic and committed to high expectations of behaviour

The Head teacher is looking for the Year 6 teacher to start towards the end of November 2018 and is looking to see profiles of teachers over the half term break.
