Job description

A client school in East Manchester (M11) are seeking a full time interventions teacher to join their KS2 team on a full time basis. The school are looking for a dedicated teacher who has experience delivering effective intervention sessions to selected children to help raise attainment in core subjects areas.

The ideal candidate will be expected to plan the intervention sessions under the direction of the teacher and will be required to feedback to other members of staff on the children's progress, highlighting areas for progression.

This two form entry primary school was rated 'GOOD' at its last OFSTED inspection and was praised for the 'OUSTANDING' teaching and learning. Ofsted stated 'members of staff work closely together to create a warm and supportive environment for the children'. The school are looking for an enthusiastic practitioner who is looking for a full time intervention teaching role.
