Strong behaviour management techniques desirable

A PRU Primary school in Salford are looking to recruit a proactive Teaching Assistant who has experience working with children with challenging behaviour. This school prides itself on 'equality of opportunity' and requires a KS1 Teaching Assistant who would adhere to the warm ethos of the school. The school shows good levels of attendance and progression and needs an experienced TA to support in an energetic year 2 class.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be able to work comfortably with children in small groups and on a 1:1 basis
  • Have experience working with pupils with challenging behaviours
  • Have experience working in a KS1 environment
  • Be passionate about making a difference by supporting children's learning
