Teaching personnel are working with a large school in Doncaster who is currently seeking a Teaching Assistant to support a KS1 class to start with immediate affect.

The ideal Teaching Assistant would have experience of working in KS1 and have knowledge an understanding of the curriculum. The school has expressed there interest in someone who has experience in supporting the deliverance of phonics, and is familiar working with children with special educational needs.

The school has supportive staff and leadership and require an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join the team, all members of staff are focused on creating life long learners by generating a friendly, positive and enjoyable environment in which to learn and develop.

The ideal Teacher Assistant should:

-be familiar with the curriculum and have experience supporting children of KS1

-have excellent overall behaviour management skills

-a knowledge and understanding of the deliverance of phonics

-confident in supporting with children with additional needs
