Are you struggling to find a role that fits around your existing commitments? 

Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a large Academy Trust based across Poole. As part of their recruitment, they are looking for flexible staff who can work across schools and year groups, covering courses, sickness and absence. Our ideal candidate will have a car, or be able to travel to various schools, sometimes at short notice. You must be an NQT or experienced teacher, able to teach across the Primary year groups. 

The Academy Trust has worked in partnership with Teaching Personnel for a number of years. We have supported the Trust with long term placements as well as short term cover, therefore if you were interested in taking on a permanent position there would be opportunity to apply. The Trust is thriving and has a strong network of valued professionals, this would be a great opportunity for anyone who would like to continue their own professional development. Although the Trust is large, each school within the Trust maintains a strong community feel.

Daily Rate: from GBP100 (NQT) per day to M-Scale, depending on assignment and experience

September Start - or soon after 

Full or Part Time will be considered 

Roles and expectations may include, but are not limited to; 

  • Teaching from EYFS - KS2 
  • Working in a variety of school settings - mainly within the same Trust 
  • Working across the Poole area 
  • Use approaches to teaching and learning that fully meet the needs the class, ensuring the needs of each individual are met according to their potential and ability, using good nurturing and behaviour management principals

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
