  • Competitive rates of pay between 21,800 - £38,000 (dependant on experience)

A KS1 Teacher is required for a year 1 class beginning on the 14/05 within a lively 'GOOD' Primary school in Stockport on a full time basis. The position will be up until the end of the Academic year, but may be extended depending on funding.

This lively and successful 'GOOD' two form school is looking for a dynamic Year 1 teacher to teach the Year 1 class, starting in May. The passionate head teacher is seeking a teacher, who is incredibly enthusiastic about education and has a positive approach to teaching. The school made incredible improvements with their behaviour & has been praised for the behaviour of the pupils.

The ideal candidate will work with the school to maintain a happy environment & continue to help the children enjoy their time at school and make great progression in their class. To be considered for this post you must have previous experience of working within a KS1 environment, knowledge of Phonics Schemes & KS1 SATS.

To be considered for this position, you must:

  • Hold a QTS & have relevant experience teaching in KS1
  • Have phonics knowledge
