KS1 Teacher - Central Bristol

Job description

A two form entry school based in Central Bristol is seeking a committed KS1 teacher to join their school on a long term basis. The position is due to start in January 2019 and will be on a part time basis (0.6).

The school is apart of a multi-academy trust and is performing really well after their most recent successful Ofsted inspection (Good) and we would like to hear from teachers with experience of teaching a KS1 class for a whole academic year or more.

The school will be conducting practical interviews, involving teaching a Year 2 class for a 40 minute lesson (topic/year group to be decided). Shortly afterwards, you will be able to meet with a member of SLT to obtain feedback on your lesson and also discuss the school/class/role in greater detail.

Role: KS1 Teacher

Hours: 0.6 Contract

Location: Central Bristol

Pay Rate: £95-£120 (per day dependant

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
