At Teaching Personnel we are pleased to offer a role working within KS1 at a school in Greenwich! This role would suit someone who is not only proactive but enthusiastic, engaging and committed. The role of a TA varies greatly but key duties will include; providing support to children, leading small group tasks and assisting class teachers.
This particular school is close to strong public transport links and have a SLT who are committed to the current and ongoing success of the school and its pupils. A role within this school would come with the full support of a core of experienced teachers who along with the other members of staff provide engaging and exciting lessons that allow the pupils to flourish in their education.
We are looking for people with experience of working with children, who have a genuine passion for assisting children achieve and exceed their potentials. Ideally candidates will have;
- CACHE level 3 or equivalent qualification
- Child workforce DBS (on the update service) or willingness to apply for one
- Experience working as a TA/LSA in primary schools
- Outstanding references
We would also like to heat from you if you meet any of the following;
- TA/LSA experience within and school based environment
- A recent graduate looking to gain teaching experience
- Experience in any education "other" field (Au Pair, Sports Coach, youth worker)
- A hard working individual looking to get into the education sector
