Year 1 Teaching Assistant Required, South Manchester, M22

Teaching Personnel are recruiting on behalf of a client school in Wythenshawe (M22). The school are looking for a Year 1 teaching assistant to join their staffing team immediately, on a full time basis. The role will run up until the end of the academic year initially but the chance for extension may be possible for the right person. All applicants must have recent and relevant experience supporting learning across KS1. The ideal candidate will be comfortable and competent assisting the class teacher in delivering the Year 1 curriculum and will be familiar with the Letters and Sounds framework for phonics. The head teacher and governors of the school are looking for an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant with strong behaviour management who will be a dedicated role model for children across the school.
