KS1 class teacher

KS1 class teacher - Hounslow - full time - February start - GBP130 to GBP180 per day 

Teaching Personnel work with a number of schools across the Hounslow borough, providing them staff for both long and short term cover. From maternity to long term sickness cover. We are currently recruiting for a full time KS1 teacher to working within a large three form entry school in the heart of Hounslow. Below is further information regarding the role: 

The role?

The full time role will work across the KS1 department, they are currently recruiting for new members of staff to aid the development of their large school. You will be utilised to support their KS1 SATs preparation, focusing on the phonics assessments and development reports. This role will play a huge part in the KS1 department, you will work closely with the other members of staff to provide a high standard of education. With high numbers of special educational needs students they are looking for someone experienced supporting students with different needs, prodominately autism. 

You will be required to be heavily involved in the planning and preparation of all lesson activities, accomodating to the students needs across the year groups.

As one of the largest schools within the UK they are looking for a strong member of staff to take on a hands on approach to all classes and aspects of the role. Being a large school they do place importance on organisation and being prepared for the day. Following their recent changes structurally and internally they have placed a huge importance on communication and creating a positive learning environment. 

The ideal candidate?

- Fully qualified teacher with KS1 experience 

- Confident with behaviour management

- Experienced supporting a number of students with SEN and EAL needs
