Currently recruiting for Teaching Assistants to work with an Special Educational Needs School

We require Special Educational Teaching Assistants who are able to assist Primary pupils with Autism, Speech Language Communication Needs, and Emotional Difficulties.

We are currently looking for Teaching Assistants who have previously worked with children with Special Educational Needs, although this is not essential. The school offers a full training programme and refresher courses throughout the year.

 The role in which we are recruiting for would be a highly challenging position but also highly rewarding. Ideal candidates will be available full time, able to travel to Maidenhead and committed to working with Special Educational Needs.

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Comfortable working with Autism
  • Proactive and efficient
  • A team player and not afraid of getting ‘stuck in’
  • Flexible in their approach and willing to undertake a variety of tasks and training courses

Candidates will only be considered if they have a DBS registered on the update service or willing to apply for a DBS and register it on the update service.
