Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistants

Poole.

Teaching Personnel are seeking Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistants for a number of roles we have to offer in many of our partnership schools within Poole and the surrounding area.

As a Teaching Assistant you will be required to…

  • Work under the direction from teachers and other staff members, providing in class support during lessons
  • Lead small group activities
  • You may be required to work on a 1:1 basis with a student with SEN needs, if you have previous experience with SEN or a particular interest please let us know.
  • Offer a high level of pastoral care.

Desirable Qualities...

  • Previous experience in Key Stage 2 or pre entry work experience with children of a similar age.
  • Educational background
  • Passion for working with children
  • A variety of communication skills to respond to the individual needs of the children
  • The ability to inspire children
