Teaching Assistant required for a 2 form entry Catholic Primary school in Salisbury, looking to start immediately on a full time basis.

Teaching Personnel are currently working alongside a "good" Roman Catholic school in Salisbury in order to find a well rounded, enthusiastic Teaching assistant to begin work from Easter on a full time basis. This 2 form entry Primary school graded "good" in their most recent Ofsted report are looking for a teaching assistant to work across Key stage 2 across a couple of the different year groups. The school has recently undergone a leadership change and the new head and their team is looking to take the school in a positive direction and offer as much support as possible to their pupils. The school is looking for a candidate who ideally has previous experience in key stage 2 and is comfortable with the curriculum that is taught.
The primary school has made it clear that they are looking for a vibrant and positive teaching assistant to come in and join the current pool of staff. Previous experience within key stage 2 is highly sought after as the school will be looking to utilise the candidate across multiple year groups where they feel it will be beneficial. The main goal is to be able to work alongside lower ability pupils in different year groups in order to support them and bring them up the expected standards of their respective year groups. The role will involve small group work offering intervention support as well as general teaching assistant support inside the classroom.
