Teacher required for primary SEN school

Teaching Personnel are currently working with a primary SEN residential school near the Witney area that are currently looking for a Teacher to work with them in the new academic year. The successful candidate will have previous experience working with children or young adults with Autism and Social, Emotional and Mental Health Difficulties.

The school currently run a 3 year programme for vulnerable children who have been severely traumatised. They are looking for a teacher who will be able to engage them with curriculum as well as supporting them with their social and emotional development. It is of great importance that the successful candidate is highly sensitive to the varied backgrounds that the children in this setting come from and are willing to engage in the process of incorporating them back in to an appropriate setting.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
