About this role: This secondary school is looking for a passionate and motivational cover supervisor to support classes across the school by delivering pre-planned content to students. Candidates should be prepared to support their classes and staff both in the class and the school community by ensuring that any safeguarding concerns are reported appropriately and supporting staff with team duties such as bulk prepping materials for lessons and break duties – as needed.

A successful candidate in this role will have a degree to support their work in schools, a familiarity with attendance and safeguarding systems and a secure understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures. In addition to this, candidates who want to excel in this role will also be comfortable using different IT systems and had previous experience working with young people.
