Teaching Personnel are delighted to be working with our partner Primary school in Bolton to recruit for a Key Stage 2 Teacher. This full time position (required to start from October 2018) has arisen as a result of an internal promotion. It represents an outstanding opportunity for a Key Stage 2 Teacher to join one of the most reputable Primary schools in the local area. The position will be until the end of the academic year in the first instance.

Key responsibilities:

• To teach pupils according to their educational needs and school policy.
• To plan and prepare lessons effectively according to schemes of work and policies using appropriate resources.
• To assess, record and report pupils' progress and attainment.
• To mark children's work in line with school policy.
• To maintain good order and discipline amongst pupils, safeguard their health & safety, and check their attendance.
• To share in the development of the school curriculum.

Specific job details:

- Pay in line with MSP/UPS (£22,917- £38,633).

- The opportunity to earn a fixed-term/permanent contract at the school following an initial supply period (one term).

- School located close to the M61 offering excellent accessibility to Wigan, Horwich and the bordering areas of Salford.

Our partner Primary school enjoy an excellent reputation as a result of the high standards set by the Senior Leadership team. The whole school community have a high regard for each other which makes it a truly harmonious place to teach. The children's behaviour is outstanding with lessons displaying highly effective teaching.
