Key Stage 2 SEN Role

A client school in Poole are looking for a specialist Teaching Assistant to join their KS2 staffing team on a full time basis starting in September. The school has an on site, SEMH provision which children across the school utilise through out the school day. The head teacher and senior leaders of the school are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support the children in the provision academically, socially and emotionally on a full time basis in the new academic year. The school are looking for a candidate who has prior experience working with children with special educational needs. To be considered for this role, you will have a flexible working attitude, the ability to adapt teaching methods and a compassionate nature. Children from EYFS - KS2 utilise the provision so a candidate who is comfortable working with all age groups would be beneficial.

The role is to work in a lovely, two form entry primary school which has the children at the heart of everything it does. The school was graded 'GOOD' with 'OUTSTANDING' features at it's last OFSTED inspection and was praised for maintaining an 'inclusive' learning environment for all children across the school. The school are looking for a teaching assistant who is looking to develop their career in education.

This full time SEN Teaching Assistant role will start in September and will run for the remainder of the academic year. the opportunity to work on to a school based contract may be possible for the right person.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
