Person requirements

The ideal candidate should be able to display strong literacy and numeracy skills and the ability to express ideas to mixed abilities. You must have the passion and high energy required to be successful in the role. You will have excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum and will be able to confidently support individuals and smaller groups of children. The Individual should ideally be a graduate who is looking for experience or someone with prior experience working with children in KS1 or KS2 and is capable of aiding children in attaining excellent grades. In general, you will be preparing content for lessons in order to build your confidence with planning and preparation. The role is subject to a full DBS check.
