A school in Twickenham are looking for Learning Support Assistants to join there team.
The school requires specialists in EBD with experience in dealing with challenging behaviour, possessing proven behaviour management skills to work with a handful of children in KS2. The position is full time, term time only and within a mainstream Primary School in Twickenham. The school is one which constantly looks to invest in the professional development of their staff and in turn looks to employ those with the same dedication.
The post is predominantly one to one based, supporting children with behavioural difficulties within a classroom setting. Applicants possessing specific CPD training such as Team Teach or similar behaviour support training as well as those with experience in PRU's or similar placements are highly regarded.
Applicants must have the following qualifications, experience and attributes:
* Experience of working with additional learning needs with a specialism or experience with challenging behaviour, either one to one or in small groups.
* A high standard of communication skills with children and adults.
* Commitment to professional development and a willingness to learn.
* A passion for working with children and advocate of inclusive education.
* Knowledge and Commitment to child Safeguarding.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
