Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for a permanent Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant, to join a 'Good' primary school, in Droylsden, M43 area of Tameside.

"One hour observation in class will be conducted to see how the selected applicant engages with the pupils, which will be followed by an interview with the Head teacher"

  • Teaching assistant, working full time within Key stage 1
  • Full time position, starting after February half term 2018 w/e 26th.
  • Competitive rates of pay between £18,804 - £23,496 depending on experience

This two form entry primary school is dedicated to ensuring that all children enjoy a broad and balanced primary education which encourages high levels of motivation to always give of their best' and is looking for a dedicated Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant who is able to encourage this ethos!

The head teacher is looking for a proactive Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant who is comfortable and confident with supporting the national curriculum across their Key Stage 1 classes.The successful teaching assistant will work in Key Stage 1 in Droylsden , M43, Tameside based primary school. The position is for the rest of the 2018 academic year, with a view to go permanent. Successful applicants will be those that; along with being familiar and comfortable with the Key Stage 1 national curriculum, are confident and ambitious.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have passion and enthusiasm for providing the highest standards of support.
  • Confidence and limitless ambition to succeed and develop professionally.
  • Relevant Teaching Assistant qualification like (CACHE, NVQ, Degree) or
  • Experience of Key Stage 1 National Curriculum
